Aliviovisco Pink

Aliviovisco Pink viscoelastic foam strips are used in the manufacture of pads for pressure ulcer prevention (PUP). Also used in trauma and orthopedics and with different types of compressive bandages for venous insufficiency and lymphoedemas. The viscous material moulds quickly to to any part of the body and distributes weight uniformly, offering an optimum position with minimum body-pressure.

Usage and applications for Aliviovisco® Pink:

• Protective padding for elbows/heels

• Occipital dressings

• Insoles for feet suffering from diabetes related complications

• Creating neonatal cot cushioning

Composition and characteristics:

Aliviovisco® Pink is a memory foam, made from flexible, viscoelastic polyurethane foam of variable hardness and temperature sensitivity.

• Material is porous and very breathable

• Heat-sensitive properties

• Suitable for slow recovery methods

• Excellent pressure distribution properties

• Moulds to any body part

• Is machine washable at up to 60ºC, do not wring or spin
